Design Centric Studio is a Mumbai-based architectural practice rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a strong client-first approach. Led by Zubin Malao and Reva Kakar, the studio brings together decades of experience to design spaces that are intuitive, adaptable, and meaningful.

Sukhraj S. Sehgal, a Sir J. J. College of Architecture graduate (B.Arch, 2012–2017), has 7+ years of experience. After interning at Biome Environmental Solutions, Bangalore, and working with Ranjit Sinh Associates, Mumbai, he co-founded Udichi (2018–2022), a tech-design startup blending innovation and art. Currently a Consulting Architect for Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Mumbai — he now runs a collaborative practice called Colab.
